Going to Court

Are you going to court for a consumer credit or debt issue?

If you are going to court for a consumer credit or debt issue it is important you get legal advice before you attend. It is best to do this as soon as you know the date you will attend court. You should not leave seeking legal advice until the last minute. If you only seek advice on the day you are to attend court, it limits the amount of assistance that can be provided.

It is important that you attend court to avoid a judgement being entered against you.
